Systemic Constellation Therapy is an advanced short term therapy that helps us to find our true place in life and in our family system. A constellation reveals the relational field we live in, how unresolved traumas and past conflicts keep us tied to the past and what can serve healing.

In this course we will learn about healthy and unhealthy bonding and understand how the collective trauma of past generations still has profound effects on our body and mind. By combining a systemic and somatic approach in our effort to heal collective as well as personal trauma, we become more effective to help our mind and our nervous system to release traumatic shock without being re-traumatised.

Svagito will teach basic and some more advanced concepts of a systemic and somatic approach of trauma healing and demonstrate how both can be combined in a single session.
