The Basic Training is a deep self-experience on one hand, while on the other hand transmitting all the basic theoretical and practical principles of Family Constellation work.

The art of session-giving consists not only in understanding the root of a problem, but also in knowing how to balance confronting a person’s defences with nourishing his essence. When this is achieved, insights from a session can be integrated easily and the therapist becomes more of a friend than a guide.

A playshop for Adults, Children & Teenage. This group is designed to bring joy, love and awareness into family life. When parents and children share the space of creativity together, they can learn from each other. By painting with their children parents will remember the forgotten language of spontaneous expression,

In this group we explore the nature of our inner male and female energies and how they like to express themselves in our life. We use painting as a medium for coming in touch with our spontaneous expressiveness and palyfulness.

In this workshop we explore how to step out of the cycle and reconnect with what really matters. It is a journey to uncover our hidden potential and align with our true purpose in life. When we find this alignment, life gains direction and meaning—our days become filled with creativity, joy, and vitality.

This training is perfect for anyone wanting to explore their inner world through creativity or those interested in helping others do the same. Alongside painting, we'll incorporate meditation, dance, body exercises, group dynamics, therapeutic activities, and personal sharing.

During our upbringing, we often absorb mistaken beliefs about love that later create suffering in our adult lives. As children, we may unconsciously take on our parents’ relationship patterns or carry unresolved dynamics from previous generations. These inherited patterns quietly influence how we attach, how we protect ourselves, and how we seek closeness.

In this retreat, we explore what conscious and healthy relating truly means. We learn how to step out of relationship dynamics that no longer serve us and reconnect with a space of authentic love — love that is not driven by hidden needs, expectations, or unconscious longing.

Together, we rediscover the natural self-love we were born with, recognizing that our capacity to love others — and to receive love — is deeply rooted in the relationship we have with ourselves.

Systemic Constellation Therapy is an advanced short term therapy that helps us to find our true place in life and in our family system. A constellation reveals the relational field we live in, how unresolved traumas and past conflicts keep us tied to the past and what can serve healing.

In this course we will learn about healthy and unhealthy bonding and understand how the collective trauma of past generations still has profound effects on our body and mind. By combining a systemic and somatic approach in our effort to heal collective as well as personal trauma, we become more effective to help our mind and our nervous system to release traumatic shock without being re-traumatised.

Svagito will teach basic and some more advanced concepts of a systemic and somatic approach of trauma healing and demonstrate how both can be combined in a single session.

This course is perfect for everyone, whether you're looking to heal personally or help others professionally. You'll gain a solid understanding of attachment trauma and the best ways to support healing.
