A 3-5 Day Workshop
Join us for an enlightening workshop where you’ll discover the power of Family Constellation. This approach helps us find peace and reconciliation with family members or anyone we are closely related to. You'll gain insights into the root causes of relationship problems and see how we are connected to the collective energy field of our family, culture, or country. You'll learn how past generations' traumas influence our lives and decisions, as unconscious bonds with our parents and family members often span many generations and are at the heart of most people's suffering.
With the support of fellow course members, you'll create a constellation—a dynamic portrait of your family field. This reveals the levels of intimacy, pain, love, or sense of abandonment each family member feels towards one another. You’ll become aware of unconscious identifications and ‘entanglements’ and learn how to dissolve them by moving beyond judgment and consciously opening your heart to excluded or forgotten family members.

By learning not to take on responsibilities that aren't yours and stopping interference in others' lives, you'll break free from repeating your parents' or ancestors' suffering. You'll find your own place in life and within your family system. With gratitude, you'll leave the past behind, regaining wholeness and inner strength. This journey from the blind love of a child to the mature love of a conscious adult also leads to a more meditative lifestyle, centered in yourself, where love arises from the ability to be alone and joyful.
The new approach to Family Constellation isn't just therapy in the usual sense; it acknowledges the ‘isness’ of life—beyond the idea of improvement. By recognising past traumas and supporting inner healing, you’ll connect to a deep ‘yes’ to your parents, family members, and partners as they are. In the depth of acceptance, you’ll find inner peace and harmony.
