TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of family-constellation.net and to products or services purchased directly from R. Svagito Liebermeister.
Some courses and international events are provided or administered by independent local organisers. Additional terms may therefore apply to those bookings.
1. Provider
This website is owned and operated by:
R. Svagito Liebermeister
Denninger Str. 110
81925 München
Germany
Email: svagito@family-constellation.net
2. Purchases and contracts
When you purchase a counselling session, digital product, online workshop or other service directly through this website, the product description, price and information shown at the time of purchase form part of the contract.
A purchase is confirmed when payment is accepted and confirmation is provided.
3. International courses and third-party organisers
The website lists trainings and events in many countries.
Some are organised by independent local organisers, venues or institutes.
Where you book and pay an independent organiser directly, your contract for that booking is with that organiser and their payment, cancellation and venue conditions may apply.
The event page should identify the relevant organiser where applicable.
4. Counselling, therapeutic and experiential work
Courses and sessions may include meditation, counselling, family constellation, body awareness, emotional exploration, experiential exercises or other therapeutic and personal-development practices.
Participation is voluntary.
You remain responsible for deciding the level at which you participate and may decline or stop an exercise where necessary.
If you have a physical or psychological condition that may affect your participation, you should seek appropriate professional advice before attending where appropriate.
Services are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care.
5. No guaranteed outcome
Personal-development, counselling, meditation and therapeutic work affect individuals differently.
No specific personal, health, emotional, relationship, spiritual or professional outcome is guaranteed.
This does not affect the legal obligation to provide contracted services appropriately and with the care required by applicable law.
6. Group confidentiality
Many trainings involve personal sharing.
Participants agree to respect the privacy of others and not disclose another participant's personal story, comments or experiences outside the group without permission.
Participants must not independently audio-record, video-record, photograph or take screenshots of other participants without consent.
Although confidentiality is requested from participants, Svagito Liebermeister cannot guarantee that every participant will comply.
7. Respectful participation
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards Svagito, assistants, organisers and other participants.
Serious harassment, threatening behaviour, abuse or deliberate disruption may result in a participant being asked to leave.
Any financial consequences will be determined fairly, taking account of services already provided, the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
8. Digital products
E-books, meditations, recordings and other digital products purchased from the website are provided for personal use unless a different licence is expressly stated.
They may not be reproduced, republished, sold, uploaded for public distribution or commercially exploited without permission.
Statutory rights of quotation and other mandatory legal exceptions remain unaffected.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original written materials, course resources, recordings, teaching material, images and other original content belonging to R. Svagito Liebermeister remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Content belonging to Osho International Foundation, publishers, photographers, guest teachers, organisers or other third parties remains the property of the relevant rights holder.
Purchasing a course or resource does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property ownership.
10. Recordings of online workshops
Where an online workshop is recorded, participants will be informed where appropriate.
Any recording supplied afterwards is for the access period and purposes stated with the programme.
Participants may not independently record or redistribute sessions without permission.
11. Payment
Prices and currencies are displayed before purchase.
Applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with the rules applying to the transaction.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
12. Cancellation and statutory withdrawal
Cancellation, refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are explained in the Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes to courses and services
Reasonable changes may occasionally be necessary, including changes to dates, venue, format, assisting staff or other practical arrangements.
Where a material change prevents a directly purchased service from being provided as reasonably expected, an appropriate alternative or refund will be offered where required.
14. Website availability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website and online resources available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary maintenance, technical faults or events beyond reasonable control may occasionally interrupt access.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Svagito Liebermeister is not responsible for loss caused solely by circumstances outside reasonable control, or by a participant disregarding reasonable safety guidance or undertaking an activity beyond their own capabilities.
Mandatory consumer and statutory rights remain unaffected.
16. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to these Terms
The Terms applying to a purchase are normally those in force when the contract is entered into.
These Terms may be updated for future transactions if services, business practices or legal requirements change.
18. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
19. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection to which you are entitled under applicable law.
Any jurisdiction clause will likewise operate subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rights.
