Refund Policy
CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY
This policy applies to services and digital products purchased directly from Svagito Liebermeister through family-constellation.net.
Some international courses and residential trainings are organised and booked through independent local organisers. Where payment is made directly to an organiser, that organiser's booking and cancellation conditions apply.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online within the European Union or European Economic Area, you will normally have 14 days from entering into a service contract to withdraw without giving a reason.
Other countries may provide similar statutory rights.
Services beginning within the 14-day period
If you expressly request that a counselling session, online workshop or other service begins before the withdrawal period has ended, the service may begin at your request.
If you subsequently withdraw after part of the service has been provided, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount proportionate to the service already supplied.
If the service has been fully performed after you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged the consequence for your withdrawal right, the statutory right of withdrawal may end.
Digital downloads and immediately accessible content
Different rules apply to digital products such as downloadable e-books, meditations, audio, video and other immediately accessible digital content.
Where digital content is supplied immediately, you may be asked to:
expressly agree that delivery should begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period; and
acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is lost once supply of the digital content begins.
If the legally required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Counselling sessions
Counselling sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge by giving at least 24 hours' notice.
Where less than 24 hours' notice is given or a booked session is missed, the session fee is normally non-refundable, subject to statutory rights and exceptional circumstances.
Online workshops and programmes
Any programme-specific cancellation conditions will be displayed when booking where applicable.
Outside a statutory withdrawal period, cancellation charges will be reasonable and proportionate to the services already provided and genuine losses caused by the cancellation.
International and residential trainings
Many in-person trainings are organised together with local institutes, venues or independent organisers.
Where registration and payment are made to a local organiser, that organiser is responsible for their booking terms, deposit requirements and cancellation policy.

Payment processing costs
Outside a statutory withdrawal period, where a refund is voluntarily provided, non-refundable transaction costs actually incurred may be deducted where legally permitted.
Any deduction is intended to reflect a genuine cost rather than operate as a penalty.
Cancellation by Svagito Liebermeister
Every reasonable effort will be made to provide directly organised services as advertised.
If a service purchased directly from Svagito Liebermeister is cancelled and a suitable alternative cannot be provided, the amount paid for the service that cannot be supplied will be refunded.
For independently organised international events, the relevant organiser's terms apply.
