“When you are relaxed, when you’re spontaneous, whatever is created is always beautiful, always perfect. Why? Because the present moment has its own sense of perfection”
The PROGRAM
In this session, Svagito will introduce Osho’s vision of creativity and together we will explore the SIMPLE yet PERFECT essence of Meera’s Meditative Art. This approach will help you step beyond your limitations, allowing your spontaneous expression to flow freely through your painting.
Painting alone can sometimes feel difficult, but when we come together, the experience becomes more supportive and uplifting. Painting in a group creates a unique space that encourages playfulness, spontaneity, joy, and, above all, creativity.
Come be a part of this uplifting experience and unlock your inner creative energy with us! We’d love to have you there!
WHAT TO PREPARE
To make the most of the session, please set up your painting space before we begin.
Position your computer and camera so we can see both you and your painting.
It may be good to have a speaker attached for better sound quality.
Painting Materials:
✔ Colors – Watercolors or acrylic paints
✔ Brushes – Various sizes
✔ Paper – At least A2 size or larger
✔ Water container
✔ Spray bottle (filled with water)
✔ Sponge & rags
If using acrylics: Mix your paints with water beforehand until they reach a milky consistency. Pour them into small containers (e.g., half-filled paper cups).
Consider covering your floor with plastic to protect it from paint splashes.
