“The real issue is not love itself, but our lack of awareness. In therapy, healing often involves helping individuals deepen their understanding of love.”

Welcome to our ‘Working with People’ training program! This journey consists of 6 modules of 5 days each, where participants learn essential principles of working with people from a space of meditative presence. Whether you're a facilitator of Family Constellation, a social worker, or in any helping profession, you learn not only therapeutic tools, but also the therapeutic attitude that supports clients to move beyond mind. We believe that real help is effortless and intention-free, connecting individuals to their deeper truths and leading them from mind-identification to a state of relaxation and alertness. Inspired by Osho’s vision of spiritual transformation, our training blends Western psychotherapy methods with profound spiritual insights.

Meditative presence is about being fully alert and embodied, which is the cornerstone for anyone working with people. In this module, we practice finding presence within ourselves and learn to support those moments in our client interactions. We’ll explore the mechanisms of the mind, desires, projections, and how conditioned beliefs can pull us away from the present. Through communication skills and self-awareness exercises, we'll distinguish spontaneous actions from goal-oriented actions, creating a space where problems naturally dissolve. As a session giver, you'll learn to function as a catalyst, helping clients come into a state of presence.
-
Authentic love is the foundation of all healing. Past conditioning often mixes our love with demands or the urge to rescue others, stemming from unresolved bonds with our parents. In this module, we learn to stay connected to ourselves in relationships, overcoming old patterns. Using a Gestalt model, we explore our relationships with parents and partners, unlearning false beliefs about love and reconnecting to its true essence. This approach isn't technique-focused, which allows you to apply these new skills across various settings, including your ordinary life.
We also practice session giving under supervision, developing compassion from an empty heart, and understanding that relationships are always a lesson in love.
-
Building on insights from the previous module, we now focus on the relationship between our inner male and female sides. Through meditations and guided exercises, we discover how these aspects relate, which side is dominant, which side is more withdrawan or needs more space. We explore the unique nature of our inner female and male sides and what would help them to find their authentic expression and own fulfillment in life.
By achieving balance within, our relationships with others become more harmonious. Following our authentic impulses also leads to more fulfillment at work and in our creative expression.
The insights gained will help you support clients in nourishing their being rather than just their desires, dreams or ambitions. We'll address personal issues around relationships, work, and meditation.
-
This module teaches how to release physical, emotional, and psychological tensions from early life conditioning. Drawing from the approaches of Reich, Lowen, and Kelly, we'll use deep breathing, dance, touch, sound, grounding, and other body-focused exercises to bring more joy, vitality and sensitivity to our life. Continuous session exchanges will help us understand energy flow and support emotional expression while maintaining watchfulness.
The teaching focusses on understanding the energetic structure of the body, its cycles of charge and discharge and the anatomy of emotions. This knowledge is essential for anyone in the therapy field, helping you understand the body's language and how to support different emotional expressions.
-
Learning to understand trauma and its long-term effects on body and mind. Here we begin to recognise trauma states and their causes, and discover what truly supports healing. Trauma can leave us frozen or dissociated, and in this module, we’ll learn how to gently awaken this frozen energy in our body, support a discharge and integrate it into our life. We'll explore principles that help the nervous system return to self-regulation and practice techniques to support recovery from trauma. We work in a resource-oriented way, to help the body and mind integrate trauma so that our previous experience may become our greatest strength. The healing of trauma can sometimes open the door to exploring and experiencing higher states of awareness.
-
Here we explore the true meaning of creativity and how to stay connected to your passion and vision. Through art therapy exercises, we’ll connect to our body and heart, practice mindfulness, and embrace spontaneity. This module encourages you to leave behind routine behaviours and embrace new, joyful ways of expression. You'll experiment with new and fresh ways of session giving that go beyond limiting styles and concepts. There will also be opportunities for supervised session or group leading practice, allowing you to apply your insights and skills in real-world settings.

Level 1 & 2: Counseling Skills and Relationship Dynamics Training (Each 7 Days)
This training outlines the principles of therapy that is based in meditation. It gives therapists and those in the helping professions – or those who plan to work there – a chance to enhance their skills and broaden their approach. In Osho’s vision, we use therapy to clear the ground for moving more deeply into meditation. This helps us break out of identification with the mind into a state of relaxation and alertness.
-
On a training level, participants will learn how to respond to the needs of the client’s inner being and to distinguish between individuality and personality. The art of session-giving consists not only in understanding the root of a problem, but also in knowing how to balance confronting a person’s defenses with nourishing his essence. When this is achieved, insights from a session can be integrated easily and the therapist becomes more of a friend than a guide.
As there will be a continuous exchange of sessions under supervision, participants will also have the opportunity to crystallise and dissolve personal problems around life issues such as relationship, work and meditation.Even though we will teach certain techniques, like Gestalt work, our approach will not be technique-oriented. Therefore, everyone will be able to apply his new skills and insights to a wide range of different sessions and situations wherever he or she is in a position of helping people. Real transformation and healing happen not because of our technical knowledge, but as a consequence of our ability to remain in a state of loving presence.
We will cover the following topics:
Communication skills that support self-awareness
Finding presence in oneself and supporting such states in a client
How and when to encourage emotional expression
Recognizing and working with projection, resistance and desire
Estimating what could transpire during a session
Responding to different clients with flexibility
Understanding the dynamics of relationship and the principles of healthy relating
Working with and balancing the polarity between inner-man and inner-woman
-
After understanding the dynamic of relationships in the first level of the training we now focus on exploring the inner dynamic between our male and female sides. When we discover their true nature and authentic expression, our work, relationships and life in general becomes more fulfilling.
As therapist we need to be able to bring both our male and female qualities to our work with a client.
This training is for people who already work with people in some way or have sufficient previous therapy experience.
An interview is required.
You may also want to check out courses in Energy-work and trauma.

Neo-Reichian Breath and Energywork (Otherwise Known as Pulsations)
A 7 Day Training Course
Through a lifetime of repressive conditioning in our families and our societies we have learned to control and deny our real feelings and cut off from our bodies and from our life energy. Pulsation has its roots in the techniques of Wilhelm Reich, which were meant to loosen physical, emotional, and psychological blocks caused by early life-conditioning. In this course we learn to express our feelings rather than fight with old tensions; allowing them to melt through acceptance and awareness. We rediscover the polarity between activity and resting – the natural ‘pulsation’ of our energy.
We work with Neo-Reichian breathing, grounding exercises, eye release, sound, touch, dance, and with various meditations, to unlock deep energies that originate in the belly, the emotional energy of the inner child, and the sexual energy of man and woman. As we start more and more to ‘pulsate’ with this life-energy and melt into it, our old fears and contractions begin to disappear without any effort. Aliveness, joy, ecstasy and creativity are our birthright.
Our study includes Osho´s vision of the ´bodymind´, Reichian theory about the segmental structure of the body, the physiology of energy flow, and the effects of trauma.
This is also the first part of a training program for those who want to study Pulsation and want to learn to work with it. Participants will exchange guided individual sessions designed for specific parts of the body."My approach is: experience what energy is. You are energy, so you can go with the energy wherever it goes in deep trust. Then the whole of life becomes orgasmic." – Osho

Your Pathway to Becoming an OSHO Therapist
-
This is an international training.
This extensive program teaches all the basic skills for working with people from a space of meditation. At the same time it offers a profound, personal transformation on the level of body, emotions and mind, and dissolves life-long patterns of conditioning.
In the OSHO approach healing is understood as a result of awareness and love. The supportive atmosphere of the therapy group allows relaxation and a letting-go of tensions in body and mind. In meditation we become aware of the witnessing consciousness beyond mind that enables us to disidentify with deep-rooted behaviour patterns.
The program includes 50 training days and various trainings that are complete in themselves (58 training days including the optional module). Additional teaching, supervision and sharing sessions for OTT participants are given by Svagito, who overviews the Training. You can choose to participate for professional training, for personal transformation, or both. You can also choose to participate in the various modules in a different order and in different locations. However, it is recommended to start either with the Family Constellation or the Pulsation module.
