Jani Roman

has studied Systemic Constellations with Svagito since 2002 and together with Amita Lehti has been arranging Svagito’s groups in Finland every year. He has also studied constellations with Bert Hellinger, and attended in many other constellation teacher’s groups. He also has completed the Psychodrama leader’s training. Jani is doctor of technology, specialised in work psychology.
For over ten years he has researched intensively how to apply Systemic Constellation in organisations with several big companies in Finland. Jani is a specialist on (organisation) culture and dialogue using a systemic approach.
Jani offers both Family and Organisational Constellation groups as well as trainings. He also teaches mindfulness.
