Hasina Sonja Lindén

is a holistic counselor based in Helsinki, Finland and Los Angeles, US.
During the past 20 years yoga, meditation, various holistic therapies, prayer and surrender have been the most elementary part of my life. This journey of personal exploration and growth has brought me to a place where I want to support others to find their own beauty, truth and true calling.
I first graduated in economics, followed by my present career in film industry as a passionate documentarist and a producer. All this time my longing to look inside of myself and relax into my being, has stayed with me.
My spiritual exploration lead me to participate in various groups and trainings combining meditation and therapy, such as the Osho Therapist Training with Svagito in Poona, India, Family Constellation, Primal Therapy, Breathwork, Reiki, Counseling, Trauma Healing and Path of Love.
