Bachelor`s degree in psychology, Rovira i Virgili University (Tarragona, Spain);
postgraduate diploma in brief psychological therapies, Barcelona University; Master’s degree in business consulting and human resources, Barcelona University; coach accredited by the Official College of Psychologists of Catalonia; trained in different therapeutic methods including Systemic Family Therapy, Brief Strategic Therapy, Focussing, Transactional Analysis, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Counseling and Trauma Therapy, Couple Dynamics and Bioenergetics.
Trained in different schools of coaching and work experience as business manager, consultant and coach, as well as professor at the University of Tarragona for more than 15 years.
Current work ranges from organizing workshops and therapeutic and personal growth processes to coaching sessions for both individuals and organizations.
Individual and group sessions are held on a regular basis in Barcelona, Tarragona and Castellon. Other locations can be arranged upon request.
